About R. Joshua Brown

Upon graduation from Wittenberg University in 1980 and Capital University Law School in 1983. I returned to my hometown of Lexington, Ohio to begin my legal career. I was fortunate enough to work for both the Mansfield Law Director’s Office and the Richland County Prosecutor’s Office, while still maintaining my private practices. In 1995 I decided to place an emphasis on the practice of consumer bankruptcy law.

Subsequent to my admission to the Ohio Bar I have also been admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for both Northern District of Ohio and Southern District of Ohio.

Our office has assisted thousands of clients to obtain a fresh start and stop the harassment of the collection agencies. This is one area of the law that we can truly help people who are in a stressful situation because of circumstances beyond their control. I have been practicing law at my current location since 1984.
